Meet Our Team

The FCA Outdoors leadership team is dedicated to exposing students and leaders to the greatness of God's creation through outdoor adventures. Executive Vice President Paul Dennis leads the team, which is comprised of passionate people in various regions around the United States. Their mission is to engage, equip, and empower the outdoor community to know and grow in Christ and to be more intimate with Him and His church. They do this through events like summer camps and tools like the FCA Camo Bible to give kids a way to grow closer spiritually amidst the beauty of the outdoors. In so doing, FCA Outdoors aims to transform lives by leveraging the unique environment of God's creation to build faith and fellowship.

Paul Dennis

Executive Vice President FCA Outdoors

Paul came on staff for FCA Outdoors in August of 2013. He is married to Sandra, and they have three biological children and have served as foster parents. They now also have three wonderful grandchildren. 

Paul graduated with a Bachelor of Science from UGA, where he lettered on the rifle team. He has also received a Master of Divinity from Luther Rice Seminary and a PhD in Theology from The Southern Bible Institute. He has pastored for over 30 years and continues to speak at revivals, sportsmen events, and conferences. When he is not preaching, Paul enjoys hunting, fishing, and coaching shotgun and archery.

Ruth Faulkner

Administrative Assistant

Ruth is the Administrative Assistant to the EVP of Outdoors working to further the ministry efforts of FCA Outdoors all over the country. She is passionate about using behind-the-scenes support to help on-field staff by making their computer and administration tasks easier so they can focus on front-line work. Ruth grew up hunting and fishing and played college basketball. She loves FCA as a tool for reaching people with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Kim Johnson

Social Media & Content Development

Kim Johnson is on staff as the Eequestrian/rodeo field team rep and serves the outdoors staff with social media and communications.  She is passionate about her calling to disciple equestrian athletes and coaches and serving the outdoor staff! Her husband is also on staff as an FCA gear team specialists and they have 4 children.
